Earlier this week I shared how you can style a trench coat dress, another versatile piece for your wardrobe – in the post I highlight two ways I’ve worn the dress across two seasons! If you need more inspiration, Harpers Bazar wrote an article on “10 ways to convince you to style a dress over jeans” and the inspiration is EVERYTHING – I can’t wait to try a maxi dress over jeans now! Elle wrote a similar article – I love how someone styled a slip dress over jeans with mules. That just screams spring! [ezcol_1half][/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end][/ezcol_1half_end]

HOW TO STYLE A DRESS OVER DENIM
This Wide-Cut Flounce Dress, is the perfect transition dress! The dress also comes in this adorable nude print, and if the style is not for you, the black and white print comes in a top version. Last summer I loved in this wide-cut flounce dress – it was great to wear during the day alone and then styled over denim at night! For this dress over denim look, I wore skinny go-to’s – these J Brand Denim high rise HD jean. They suck all the things in and then some.
So I may have jumped on the western boot trend a little late, but I just couldn’t find a pair that was worth spending the cash on. For our February issue of Stylelogue, I found these Western Boots from Zara and never looked back. They are “western” enough that they won’t fall out of use by next fall. Funny enough, I styled them with a dress and denim in February too – are you sensing a trend I’m trying to make happen here?[ezcol_1half][/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end][/ezcol_1half_end]
