Hello all and happy Monday! When dressing for work, I’m always conscious about putting pieces together that are unique and unexpected. Who wants to do that! Be a little more darling and challenge your workwear with the unexpected like theseStudded heeled gladiator sandals. They pair perfectly with my summer obsession, these palazzo pants that are essentially pajamas!
I think its mucho important to be yourself at all times and that includes when dressing for work. Now, yes, there is a time and place for everything, but I’m confident we all can be comfortable, chic and still be respected by our peers. Am I right or am I right? I don’t know about you, but I tend overthink an outfit almost 9 times out of 10. Life should be much simpler than that, and it can be as easy as pairing a cropped palazzo pant with a t-shirt.
These palazzo pants from Zara were calling my name during a layover in Hong Kong this summer. I nearly missed my flight spending five minutes more than I needed to for these stellar pants. I’ve worn them no less than 100 times since I purchased them and have paired them with just about everything from casual to dressy. After so many weeks of traveling, I need a comfy look for my Monday morning back in the office. I grabbed this t-shirt, knotted it to make the shirt look more fitted, added these palazzo pants and threw on these studded gladiator heeled sandals before running out the door.
Thesestudded gladiator heeled sandals make for the perfect pop in this business casual look. While the shirt and pants are both understated, I needed something to put a little pep in my morning step if you know what I mean. And since I’m determined to bring the fanny-pack back from 80’s – I worn this Michael Kors one for my keys and bus pass. Listen, I’m a handsfree girl and this bag is like a Baby Bjorn for my life.
