I’ve been really drawn to two things lately – gold and abstract art. A large piece of abstract art is such a quick and easy way to transform a room / wall in a matter of seconds. Right now we have a few pieces of wall decor over our couch, and we worked really hard to put everything up – once the wall was complete, it felt like something was missing. I love the idea of pairing three pieces of abstract art from Minted.com – all alike yet different in ways. Pair the pieces with neutral furniture to not take away from the art as a focal point. Adding accessories to the space such as a gold lamp (how sick is this lamp?), a statement vase and some complimentary pillows are great pairing elements to the art.
