Casual Winter White

First things first, my second favorite holiday to Thanksgiving is Cyber Monday. Today I’m in the UK for work and time is on my side. Thanks to being in the future, I have extra time to shop ALL DAY! Let the shopping gluttony commence.

Well now that we got that out of the way, how was your Thanksgiving? I stuffed my face until it couldn’t be stuffed anymore. After I digested the first round, I went back for seconds. Two words for a successful Thanksgiving – elastic waistband. Aside from eating, the best part is being with family and in good company – counting the days until Christmas!

Today’s look is something I wore over the Thanksgiving break, and a Pinterest inspired look at that. I used to be one of those people who would give dirty looks to those that wore white post Labor Day – well the new term “winter white” has made me change my tune. This gorgeous hexagon ASOS sweater (on sale today) just didn’t feel right when paired with a dark pant or denim. Why should colors be limited to seasons – I mean if you can make it work, why not!

I kept the color palette cool with this amazing leather clutch with fringe detailing (also on sale today too!) and my favorite go-to chelsea booties from GAP (also on sale today – you see the pattern here). And because hair without this wrap is boring, I thought I’d add it to the look for a bright holiday pop. This Ban.do hair wrap has so much versatility – I can’t wait to play with it more…stay tuned!
