Weekend Chic

Sorry guys, but I’m a little late to the blogging party this week – I took a few days off from my vacation to re-charge. The irony in all of that – needing to take a vacation after your vacation??! Yes, but it’s true.

I was lucky enough to spend the weekend in Miami with my bestie for a girls weekend in the sun. We packed our bags and kissed the Chiberia cold goodbye – or as Nene Leaks would say “Girl, Bye”. Unlike most trips, I had a few days to prepare and pack for our weekend stint. Well, I wasn’t prepared enough – we all loose our minds at some point. We were 3/4 of the way to Miami and I reached in to my bag to grab my camera – after I dumped everything out of my bag in a panic, I come to find out that I never packed it. A blogger traveling without their camera!!!! Hell must have froze over that day 🙂 I had a minor panic attack – when the dust settled, I just hated myself for making such a dumb mistake.
