What is a date night? To me, date night means good company, a killer meal, tasty cocktails and great conversation. It doesn’t matter who the company is, whether it’s your significant other or your best friends, all those components can make the perfect date night, especially when adding a killer look! What you wear 100% determines how you feel and how you present yourself that night. When you look good, you feel good and confidence is in the air! Today’s post is all about sharing the best date night dress, or outfit, that can help elevate your confidence for your next date night!

I have been EYING this dress for quite some time – it’s been in my “heart” section on Rent the Runway for what seems like forever and it finally became available. As soon as it become available, I added it to my cart and shipped it to my house ASAP! If you are someone who has been interested in Rent the Runway, here is a post I wrote on the service and why I use it! It’s a super easy monthly service that allows you to pick four pieces of clothing (or accessories) at a time! They just recently partnered with Nordstrom to make returns, pick-ups and swap more easy too! Check out the announcement on Fashionista.

This Blue Satin Dress, normally $400, can be rented on Rent the Runway for $75 or free when you have Rent the Runway Unlimited! For me, this dress was an introduction to the brand Nanushka – shortly thereafter, I feel deeply in love with their uber feminine silhouettes and sexy satins! The dress itself is a show stopper, so I needed it to be the focal point of my date night look so I styled it with this Acrylic Custom Clutch (I wore at our wedding) and these Strappy Sandals. They are a gret neutral to style with jeans in the fall!

Inspired my date night dress, I went hunting for a few amazing pieces that help build your date night collection! My heart melts for anything Reformation – they are such a dreamy brand. This off-the-shoulder linen dress is a great date night dress for a hot summer night! Looking for something with a simple silhouette? Try this gorgeous neon midi slipdress that is under $100! Fan of the two piece set? I’m dying over this silk crop top and silk midi circle skirt from Topshop – it also comes in a green!

C/MEO also makes really gorgeous pieces that you can incorporate in to your wardrobe for date night and work. Keepsake is another really great brand that has lovely feminine pieces with accented sleeves and beautiful prints! Likely has a mixture of feminine and super sexy silhouettes and most of their pieces are under $250 – the styles are classic meaning they will last long in your closet! CAMI NYC is one of those brands that makes the most beautiful silk camis – they style great with jeans if thats your date night vibe! Amanda Uprichard is one of those super sexy meets feminine brands for the perfect date night – she is know for her buttery silk dresses! If you are looking for a more high-end date night look, try IRO. These would be fashion investment pieces, yet staples, that would live in your closet!
