[/ezcol_1half_end] And just like that, the weekend is over….again! This past weekend we ventured an hour outside of Seattle to enjoy some hiking! That is one of my favorite things about Seattle is the flexibility to travel an hour outside of the city and you are immediately transported to somewhere remote! So we all know that Amazon is slowly taking over the world right? Well, now they are taking over the fashion game! With the launch of their new curated 30 hour collection called The Drop, Amazon is creating a space for on demand fashion brought to you by some of your favorite fashion influencers. Today’s post I’m going to walk you through how Amazon‘s The Drop works and share some of my favorite staples by The Drop!

WHAT IS THE DROP
Earlier this summer, Amazon announced their new on demand fashion collection The Drop. The Drop is a collection designed by influencers that’s available on Amazon.com for a total of 30 hours. Amazon then only produces what was ordered and your purchase is on your doorstep within 2 weeks. The collection is very reflective of the influencers style mixed with some pieces from the staples within The Drop collection. The Blank Itinerary was the first to launch her collection – it was filled with oversized blazers and matching bottoms.

STAPLES BY THE DROP
Within The Drop collection, there are “The Staples” – these are pieces that are meant to live in your closet forever and ever and are classic basics you can style with anything! This entire look consists of pieces from The Staples collection! The average price point sits under $50, with a few pieces just under $100. It’s about adding those key staples to your every day wardrobe. You can NEVER go wrong with a White Blazer and the quality of this blazer allows it to be worn across all season! There is also a matching pant to this blazer (see below). Styled under the blazer is this GREAT layering Cropped Tee. It’s cropped, but not too cropped. Styled with this look is this gorgeous army green Satin Skirt that is machine washable!! Topping off the look with some classic accessories like these Nude Heels and cat eye Sunglasses and you are all set!
