Since work wear is a LARGE part of my everyday fashion, I thought that I’d start featuring a little more of that on the blog. Thoughts? Comments? Complaints? Conners? Now, I’m not crazy about pant suits either, but when they are tailored that makes for a good match. This pant suit had me at track pants and this Relaxed Navy Blazer. I started my career working in college athletics so the term “business casual” was extremely loose and generally meant khakis and polos. I vividly remember asking my mom to take me shopping because I needed more polos and khakis to fit in at work – UGH that was a huge mistake. So now it’s my personal mission in life to not loose myself and style no matter what I’m dressing for.

Hello all and happy Monday! Yet again another weekend has escaped us and we have debited another summer weekend! Summer is slowing winding down, school is nearly back in session and football is upon us! AH! That all being said, everyone resumes a somewhat back to normal work schedule. Bye bye summer hours – hello longer Fridays! When dressing for work, I’m always conscious about putting pieces together that are unique and unexpected. Who wants to do that! Be a little more darling and challenge your workwear with the unexpected like these studded heeled gladiator sandals.
