Black on Black

As the temperatures in Chicago plummet WELL below zero, I am forced to look back and remember the good times when my skin was touched by sunshine. This is a look from our family weekend trip to the Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Beach back over the Christmas break. I spotted this dress on ASOS and knew it would be perfect for our trip – the movement would make Kenya Moore “twirl honey”. My favorite way to pair anything is with a moto jacket and boots, so I’ve don’t just that here.

That’s not the best part, the dress is great for any climate or season, AND its only $36 on ASOS. That makes me angry, but happy for you – I paid full price AND I also think it’s another 10%  – lucky!

Today I also wanted to share my sincerest thanks to my friends, family, supporters/readers. Sportsanista has brought me a number of opportunities that I could have never dreamed of. I’m just a girl working in the Sports industry with an extreme passion for fashion (cheesy, I know). I’ve dedicated my life to the sports industry and have been doing so since I was 17. I spent long hours working harder than I’d ever had to prove I was the best intern, to get my masters, to get that coveted job. I’ve been blessed with having incredible mentors who believed in me and wanted to see me succeed. And now, I’m cheating on all of it. My drive and passion to be a fashion influencer has grown stronger than anything. I have you all to thank for your continued support and belief in my brand.

With that said, this month pick up a copy of People Style Watch magazine (Taylor Swift on the cover) and turn to page 32 – you may recognize a face or two. I am humbled by this opportunity and will never take these moments for granted. Thank you again for your continued support – love you all!
