Today I’m sharing a FABulous look for spring with Marshalls. The weather has finally turned in Chicago, or at least we are nearing the end – while I love my concrete jungle, I’m ready to see life form other than tourists in the city. With the weather turning around, I’ve been inspired to purge and clean out my closet for a fresh start – spring cleaning if you will. That being said, I’ve created a litttttle more space for some new spring essentials.

I went to Marshalls in search of some fabulous pieces to add to my spring wardrobe. The goal was to find on trend pieces, but nothing that would break the bank – when you have a habit like me, it’s important to keep that in mind. Chicago has this akward transition period between winter and spring, so much so, that the entire public is widely confused and can be seen walking around in shorts and a winter parka. One day it’s 70, the next it’s 30 and on some days, it can be both! Solution to that problem, this perfect mesh navy Katherine Barclay sweater I scored for $39.99 at Marshalls – it’s the perfect winter meets spring combination. I needed something to pair with the sweater, and a go-to pant for spring. Blue is one of those classic and regal colors that you can never go wrong with. I started fishing through a few racks, not knowing that I was about to stumble on the greatest find.

Scanning the racks is usually something I do – or it’s something we all do. You claim your territory like a mama bear until you have successfully looked through every piece on the rack. In the event another person encroaches on your territory, you get angry, feisty even. Well, I encroached on someones territory after spotting these blue babes from a far. I saw the crepe material and immediately knew they were a fabulous palazzo pant – I needed them. Once I finally got my hand on the hanger, I saw something I love seeing on all my tags at Marshalls, a red sticker that read $13.99. Life doesn’t get better then getting to say yes to the perfect pant!Because I love you all so much, I’m giving away a $25 gift card to Marshalls to help jumpstart your spring wardrobe! Complete the steps below to enter! Good luck!!

Happy Monday!
