Holy heck did the weekend go by quickly! Now that it’s August, panic has set in and I’m worried that my sunny and warm days are numbered. I made a vow to myself that I will take advantage of the city and go to street festivals, movies in the park, markets and the pool as often as I can so that when its -40 outside I have no regrets 🙂
Today I’m sharing a fun post featuring a look from the dance marathon that was Lollapalooza in Chicago – it’s such an amazing scene with a music festival right smack dab in the middle of the city. Gosh I love this place! I found this dress at Lord & Taylor and fell in love at first sight – just by looking at it I knew it was going to be the perfect Lolla dress. Finding this dress meant I didn’t need to look for a two-piece look – I love it when a dress does the work for you!

I’m not to hepped up on fringe on clothing, BUT I love this dress. It is black, so it is subtly cool and just what I like.
