Fancy Pants

Now that I am 26 and 1/2 pants are becoming a staple in my
wardrobe.  I am just as shocked as you,
given I use to stand atop my bedazzled soap box and announce with pride my
skirts and dresses only policy.  Perhaps
it is the refinement coming with my age or my leg maintenance laziness, but it
is happening and I am not mad about it. 
Naturally, my eye does not go to the standard BKN (black khaki navy), it
goes for the trouser of the colored and printed variety – obsession 2014. 

Pairing these gems is not as tricky as one may think – busy on
the bottom, simple on top.  Think
chambray, solid boyfriend sweaters, silky tanks and blouses and those wonderful
t’s that are slightly oversized and drape off one shoulder ever so
perfectly.
