Coconut Margarita
Ingredients
1. 1800 Coconut Tequila
2. Suaza Margarita Mix
3. Grand Marnier
4. Coconut Flakes
5. Lime (for garnish)
Directions
1. Turn the oven to 420 degrees
2. Spread one cup of coconut flakes across a baking sheet – evenly
3. Toast the coconut flakes between 1 – 3 minutes – be sure to keep a close eye on them
4. Once the flakes turn light brown, they are ready to go!!
5. Get two shallow bowls – fill one with simple syrup and the other with the toasted flakes
6. Dip the cocktail glass in the simple syrup bowl to coat the rim. Then dip the glass in the bowl with the toasted flakes. Swirl the glass around to get as many flakes on it as possible!
7. Fill the glass with ice
8. Pour the tequila in a glass with ice – to your liking
9. Add .5 oz of Grand Marnier to the glass
10. Pour the margarita mix in the glass to fill the cup
