More Leather, More Problems

More leather, more problems said no one ever – unless you are a vegan (which I totally respect). Adding leather or leather-like pieces to your look is always a win win. For this look – I kinda sorta went bananas and used leather to accessorize as much as I could. I have no alternative to keep me warm these days. On the other hand, this is a great travel outfit for my trip next week. With that said – I’m not one of those travelers that will dress for the weather on the other side of the trip. It may always seem like a good idea, until you spend 60 seconds outside in -10 wearing shorts and flip-flops. Dress for the weather people!
Much of my weekend will be dedicated to packing. Type-A and OCD play a huge role in the packing process for me – hoping some of you can relate 🙂 . First comes the pad and pen – if I’m really ambitious, I’ll type it out! I then write out each day highlighting a day-look and then a night-look – better to be prepared than underprepared.  I pack based on the trip itinerary, in this case it’s a lot of poolside, beach read, cocktail in my hand kind of activity. Praise! Like a crazy person, I generally try everything on before it gets slotted into a “day-look” or “night-look.” Oh yea, I mean business people. How long does this process take? Depends. Depends on if I have Bravo! on in the background – Real Housewives are a huge distraction that occasionally put me in a catatonic state 🙂
I’m looking forward to sharing my Spring vacation looks, and more importantly, a good ole fashion sunburn!
Talk to me about your weekend!
