What the Sportsanista Wore: It’s Berry Season!

Happy Friday to all my little Sportsanistas! Ok so it’s not really berry season, but fall fashion is certainly trying to make it seem that way! The weekend is finally here and I am soooo ready for it! Looking forward to the unusually warm weather, WVU football and some Chicago Bears football on Veterans Day! BUT, before all that we must chat about one of my favorite fall trends…that I’m not only addicted to, but may have a diagnosable issue to. Some people like to refer to this color trend as Burgundy, I like to call it Ox Blood. I heart it in the form of lipstick, denim, dresses, pants, shoes….the list goes on. Burgundy/Ox Blood has truly made it’s way back on to the scene as the statement color of the fall season.

For my next few posts I will be sharing photos of my favorite new fall color in the form of many items. The color is versatile from fall to winter and works great on any complexion! I LOVE mixing it with a pop color and of course, some fur!! Today I took some photos with my mom, needless to say we had some creative differences on the shoot. I wanted more artsy photos, and she wanted me to hold on to the fence and lean away from it like a bad 80’s modeling photo. BUT, she is my mother and I still love her 🙂

Peace out and enjoy!

And I promise those are not fat rolls on my neck, but my hair strands!! It took me a while to figure out what it was!!!
