N to the Autical!

So I don’t normally ask much of people, but today I am! The Chicago Blogger Network has paired up with Veuve Clicquot for the Parade of Boats VIP party during the Race to Mackinac. In order to get a ticket to this AUH-mazing event, I had to beg my friend Sheena to take of photo of me in my nautical look. She so graciously did so at 7:00am this morning….the other ticket is yours Sheena 🙂

My go-to nautical look is quite simple….maxi dresses save lives; they are a one-stop shop to heaven when getting ready in the morning. I’ve paired this striped maxi by Eight Sixty with a bauble necklace (similar from Apricot Lane) and fedora from H&M.
