Summer Solstice with Santa Margherita!

I’m still floating on my DIY cloud from Monday and as a result I’ve had a bit of writers block!! Thanks to Santa Margherita, the juices started to flow after one glass of Sparkling Rose. Last night I went out with some of my besties to enjoy a night with Beauty Bar and Santa Margherita wine. For those of you who are not familiar with Beauty Bar, it’s a flash back to the 50’s and 60’s; think plastic covered furniture, old fashioned hair dryers, with a full bar….with a $10 martini you get a free manicure!

Beauty Bar partnered with Santa Margherita wine to launch their new Sparkling Rose; I’ll have a little Sparkling Rose with my Sparkling Rose please! I mean I change my mind constantly about what I’m thirsty for, don’t you do the same with your nail polish?? The “Primp and Pour” event featured a limited edition line of nail polishes created by Santa Margherita inspired by their wines Pinot Grigio, Prosecco, Sparkling Rose and Chianti. My girls and I thought, what better way to spend the summer solstice than to get a mani with our wine! With the heat wave in Chicago, I dove straight for the Sparkling Rose; refreshing and light! With my change the bartender gave me a darling Santa Margherita make-up bag stuffed with four full bottles of nail polish from the Santa Margherita line! Check out Chloe in the bottom right with her party nail all dazzled in Prosecco!
