With summer just around the horizon all anyone can think about is, “whats the weather for the weekend?” Sure, you want to make plans to hit up the beach or the pool, I mean so do it! However, as my age creeps closer and closer to the 30, I think to myself, I certainly don’t want to resemble the leather bag I have in my hands…No mam! I have taken preventative measures on life and am careful on what I put on my skin, and how I protect my skin. Ok so hear me out….I used to be the person who wouldn’t put sunscreen on before going outside. Sure, I have my father to thank for my European olive glow, but honey, that ain’t gonna stay forever. Here are a few of my favs when it comes to being UVB free, all while still carrying that summer glow!

Andy finally, the mecca of all self-tanners…Clarins Self Tanning Instant Gel. I have a love affair with this product for a number of reasons, but 1) being that this product gives me the tan I need and allows me to be UVB free! Now we’ve all seen and tried self-tanning products before that have resulted in streaks and orange tones that make you look like an Oompa Loompa….I’m talking vintage Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. This lightweight gel adds an even golden tone to your skin. Be mindful during application and be sure to cover every inch necessary. In a hurry to get to work, but want to add some color to your skin? No prob Bob! The Clarins self-tanner dries in minutes…..wear white…I dare you! Again mind the smell, because its tanning your body at no additional cost 🙂
