Fishtail Friday!

Step 1: Section hair

Step 2: Pull small chunk forward

STEP 1: I fancy the side fishtail braid on the left side….my left side is my better side 🙂 Divide the hair into two sections like shown here in the photo. Make sure its a clean and even separation; you want to have equal parts hair in each hand.

STEP 2: Then, like a ninja, pull a small chunk of hair from the back of the right section, and wrap it around the front of the right section and place it in the left section. Did you get all of that?? See in the photo you will have to be crafty by holding both sections in order to pull the small chuck to the front.

Step 2: Place hair in the opposite section

STEP 3: Repeat with the left side. Pull a small chunk of hair from the back of the left section, and wrap it around the front of the left section and place it in the right section.

Step 3: Repeat with the left side

STEP 4: Repeat STEP 2 and STEP 3 working down the braid.

STEP 5: Once you have made your way to the bottom (I like to leave a couple of inches at the bottom), secure it with hair tie of your choice. I prefer the clear holders so that it looks like magic is holding your hair together!

Step 4: Repeating the steps

Wear this look to work or try it out casually! It’s a great and easy hair style to create…..even if you skipped washing your hair that day!
