What’s In Your Bag? Part One by Megan Riggs

Sorry everyone for being totally delinquent and posting a day late….I promise I will NOT do that again! This week Megan and I are going to share with you our deepest secrets….the secrets we keep in our purses! We hope your enjoy this weeks posts as much as we enjoyed doing them! Ciao for now Sportsanistas and catch you on Friday!

In college I carried my life in my purse.  Snacks, Band-Aids, spandies, pre-wrap, extra buttons, I had them all.  When 2012 hit and I finally came to grips with the fact my life was no longer a relay of practice, class, internships, and studying, I decided it was time to purge the purse.  Melinda (in my favorite neutral, gold) is now responsible for carrying my semi refined, semi grown up items.

They call me Grace: I spill, this is nothing new.  For the past 24 years if I put on a white shirt it is guaranteed to share my coffee or lunch.  Tide pens save lives and outfits.
Patent loves leather: This wallet keeps me organized and takes me to happy hour.  It is the perfect size to slip my key and phone inside and not have to carry my whole purse.  Though, I don’t know why one would ever not want to carry this purse.
Cold hands warm heart: I am willing to take the risk.  I always have a pair of mittens stashed in my purse and car.  These keep my hands warm and me very happy.
Pucker up: Bigelow Mentha Supreme lip shine is heaven.  It provides major moisture and a hint of shine.  On the rare day that I am without it, my lips cry.  When I am looking for a hint of color with high endurance, I go straight to my Stilla lip glaze in Raisin.  It has a brush applicator which makes for flawless form.

Hello Sunshine: Sunnies-leaving the house without them would be like stepping up to the plate without a bat.  Unacceptable.
Thanks Steve:  IPhone, I question daily how I ever lived without it.  End of story.
