What’s in Your Bag? Part Duex
Happy Friday Sportsanistas! To stick with this weeks theme, I am opening up my purse and sharing some of my everyday secrets with you all! Don’t hate me, but you are probably going to buy every one of these products. Sorry! Im only here to help 🙂
Light me up!
The Nars Illuminator is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I’m not big on tanning beds, so any product that is going to give me that extra glow, Ill buy without trying! Don’t be alarmed by the shimmer as its deceptively sheer. I put this on every morning and I leave the house with that fresh dewy look! This product is great when you are looking to freshen your day to night look too!
the Pore-fessional
Compacts are so 1980s. Benefit has since reinvented the way we powder our noses. This little nugget makes your skin smooth and reduces the visibility of your pores in two seconds. I really have nothing left to say as this product speaks for itself.
Crackberry
I think Kim Kardashian and I may be the only two people holding on to their Blackberrys. Im sure that one day I will make the merge to an iPhone, but until then I will talk to my only friend Kim K on BBM.
Cheating on my Crackberry…..Never
Now I am a very loyal person, but when someone gives you an iPod, you cannot say no! My iPod gets me through all my commutes to work….I read, listen to music…..um Temple Run anyone?!? So addicted!
Hydrate
Now its no secret that I am a MAC junkie, and when I was introduced to the MAC Lip Conditioner, I never looked back. This product is like 8 glasses of water for your lips. The best part is that it adds an effortless shade of pink that says “no I’m not lipstick, just conditioner”. We are so bffs!
My lips are a NarCissus
Again, MAC talks to me on all sorts of levels and when this new cremesheen glass from MAC hit stores….I was there…waiting in line. This lip color is like the Sisterhood of Traveling Pants…it looks good on anyone. Day to Night to Bed….its fantastic.
No Such Thing as an emergency
When you work in the sports industry, there is no such thing as a sick-day, especially when you are in season. Taking an emergen-c once a day will keep the doctor away J
Minute Mani
1) I hate long nails, so I file them like its my religion
2) I talk with my hands (thanks to my European roots), so keeping up with my manicures is a must. One coat of the Seche Vite each day will extend the life expectancy of your manicure by days!
The Only Item allowed to be a Repeat offender
No matter the season, I always find a way to incorporate a pashmina into my outfit. While in Miami I bought this one from Gap….I heart the florescent stripe…darling right?
