Crop Tops and Stripes
The weekend is here and I am ready for some Fourth of July goodness – how about you? I’m ready to wear my bathing suit for four days straight, drink delicious fruity cocktails, have a hot dog or two and party like its 1999. Chicago during the summertime reminds all Chicagoans why we live in this city during those -20 degree winter months. These 90 days certainly make it all worth it. [/ezcol_1half_end]Summer is all about breathable fashion whether its the fabric we are talking about or sexy subtle cutouts for a little extra breathing room. I fell in love with this twinset as soon as I saw it on Tobi – I mean who doesn’t love a good twinset. I know that I’m a sucker for a good twinset. I mean, honestly, it’s dressing yourself in the AM with ease and without thought. The outfit does the styling for you – all you have to do it put it on. Kinda awesome right?
The best part about a good twinset is the flexibility they give you in your closet! Pair this top with a pair of dressed denim and some sandals / espadrilles. Pair these pants with a top / sweater for a chilly night on the beach! So many options! Life is so much better that way! Of course I paired this look with the ONLY bag I’ve wearing all summer. You cant go wrong with a neutral bag – they are so versatile and the surprise pops of color on this one are so darling! [ezcol_1half]
