Another Chicago summer weekend has come and gone, and what a glorious weekend it was! The sun was shining and it was HOT – couldn’t have asked for anything better! I spent most of my day the pool catching some rays (and cocktails) and with a lot of wedding planning on the side. We are just about ONE MONTH out AHH! I can’t believe how close we are to the big day – so much to do, so little time. With all things wedding on my brain, today’s post is featuring my favorite white lace midi dress of the season – did I mention it’s only $80!

As a bride to be, and yes I just puked in my mouth while writing that, I am completely drawn towards all things white. I told myself if I ever got here (getting married) that I would try to be an unconventional as possible, and I am, but this dress just made me throw all of that out the window!
With the countdown our wedding nearly the one month mark, I’ve been stocking up on white dresses for the weekend festivities. When clothing has the ability to be versatile for, well, LIFE, I’m in! A dress that can be dressed up with a pair of heels and dressed down with a pair of sneakers. For this look I opted for these perfect blue suede heels – something borrowed, something blue. Well not borrowed, but they are blue!
