Thanksgiving Look + Giveaway
Well, well, well, look who it is. Monday. I can’t say for sure if I happy to see if, but then again on the flip side, Monday is actually Wednesday? Who is ready for the holiday week? I love Thanksgiving. It’s one of my most favorite holidays of all, even over Christmas. There isn’t pressure of buying presents, opening presents, liking presents – it’s a holiday purely around consuming food and I can TOTALLY get down with that!
Today I’m sharing this SheIn Yellow Long Sleeve V Neck Floral Dress – a fun Thanksgiving inspired look. There is one important key factor to a Thanksgiving outfit. You have to ask yourself, can I eat, drink, take a nap and repeat in this outfit? Yes. Yes you can.
It’s important for your look to have some “Thanksgiving give” if you know what I mean. I went with this SheIn dress because there is zero waistline, aka nothing to stop or restrict you on your day of feasting 🙂 I layered the look with this duster from LOFT (now sold out, but you can find others here) because it’s a tundra here in Chicago – yes, I took those pictures on Saturday. I wish I was joking about the weather, but it came, saw and conquered.
Accessorizing with jewelry is important for this look since I wouldn’t be doing so with a belt, for obvious reasons 🙂 How gorgeous is this Kendra Phillip Designs cuff set? They are the perfect, and, easy accessory and complete my look with a fabulously chic arm party! Who doesn’t want that? AND, I have some exciting news to share! Win this set, by entering below! Just follow Sportsanista and Kendra Phillip Designs on Instagram and share in the comments, how you’d style this set. The raffle will run through Friday! Why not spoil yourself before black Friday? 🙂

I totally agree about wearing a loose fitting dress for Thanksgiving! I did the same last month for Canadian Thanksgiving – leaves more room for eating!! Love the cuffs!

Loving the look and the Kendra Phillip jewels! I can’t believe it is already snowing in Chicago. Winter stay away!
They cuffs are so cute! They would be a great addition to dress up a dinner/date look with a cute white button up, flared skirt and colorful heels!
Love this look for Thanksgiving! I’d love to wear those gorgeous cuffs with a silk button down blouse, skinny jeans, and a fur vest.
I think the cuff set would look great with a white tunic top, black moto jacket and skinny jeans!
Love how you styled it! I’d love to see it with my new little black dress and statement earrings.
This whole outfit is divine!!
I love the look & your comment about Thanksgiving being a holiday about food cracked me up. It’s technically true because as Americans we only want to eat eat eat, but we also are “supposed” to be thankful for lots of things! It’s an interesting holiday for sure, and I love being a part of my boyfriend’s family’s Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. It’s so much fun! xx, adaatude.com
This is the perfect dress for Thanksgiving! How much snow did you get in Chicago? We got 6 inches in Iowa, but it is all melting now.
