Happy Wednesday friends! We are back from Paris and it’s back to normal life…..except it’s 100 degrees in Chicago! Ah! Trying to break in some of my fall pieces is just not happening, but I’m not complaining, this is way better than suffering in the cold! Over the weekend we jaunted off to Paris to celebrate another year in my 30’s – we took in the carefree spirit of Paris and spent the days leisurely walking around! The heat FINALLY broke in Chicago and it’s time to break out all the fall fashion I’ve been just staring at in my closet. I’ve been continuing to buy pieces for fall with no where to wear them so this is one of those “it’s the little things in life moments”. There are so many great trends that we are seeing this fall, but there are a few that are consistently full proof across year….lace + ruffles! This Ruffle Trim Peplum Top is all of $11 and easy for all things work, travel and casual. And what’s not to love at that price?

I do find a lot of pieces at Shein – I know a lot of people can be weary of the site, BUT they are reliable, but I recommend reading the reviews of a product before purchasing. If the product hasn’t been reviewed, they it’s likely one of those products you skip over. I found 80% of my looks for our honeymoon at Shein – I was able to spend $130 on on 10 looks for our trip. JACKPOT!
