So it’s officially two weeks in to the New Year – how are we doing with our New Years Resolutions? We have kept them up? Ill tell ya – it’s hard!!! After the first week you feel like you have a good groove going and then life happens, you make plans with friends, etc. The next thing you know, it’s February and all that time has past. You know what? That’s ok! Today’ I’m going to share a fun workout plan, that’s two weeks long and doesn’t require you to go to the gym. Just like everything else in our lives, working out should be convenient too right? Shoes:Nike Roshe – My favorite style of Nike’s in the game – they are so lightweight!
Sweater:Long Cardigan Sweater (original is sold out) – Super comfy, cozy and easy to wear with just about anything.
Especially in Chicago, working out gets harder and harder as it gets colder and colder. There is less motivation to get dressed and make your way to to gym and more “lets stay in our pajamas and watch Netflix and chill.” I’ll admit, nothing is better than a Saturday on the coach with Netflix, but what if I told you, you can do both! Challenge yourself with the Popsugar Two Week Workout Challenge by finding less than 30 minutes each day for the next 14 days. You can follow the workout here or download the app to stay on track. Each day you are given a new workout so that you don’t get bored from wha you did the day before.
