Even through it’s officially Fall and Summer last left us the temperatures sure haven’t, so I’m still wearing my Summer pieces in to “Fall”. It’s never easy saying goodbye to our beloved Summer pieces when we don’t have to. Over the last few years, fashion sneakers have made a strong presence in the footwear category. They’ve become a staple in streetwear style and somewhat of major accessory to ones look. Today I’m sharing how to style sneakers with a dress (your summer staple piece) in to the Fall for work and weekend wear.

For today’s look I styled one of Fall’s hottest colors – fuchsia! I am OBSSESED with this fuchsia silk slip dress from Nation LTD. Nation LTD is sustainable fashion brand from it’s practices to it’s fabrics. Their materials are made up of recycled product in an effort to continue working towards the preservation of our planet. They have a beautiful story and their clothing is equally as beautiful! This Satin Slip Dress feels like butter on your skin. It feels super luxe and the price point is even better! Now being that fuchsia is one of the hottest colors this season, it jumped at the chance to own one of the hottest dress silhouettes in one of the hottest colors!
HOW TO STYLE A DRESS WITH JEANS
Now of course, it’s easy to style a dress with a pair of nude pumps – it’s a quick an easy fix and makes for a great date night look! But, why not get a little weird and try styling your favorite summer / fall dress with a pair of chic sneakers! I LOVE these Reebok Sneakers that they recently launched as part of their “It’s a Man’s World” campaign! The extra pair of laces added a pop of color to the white sneaker and allow for some fun styling – like lacing up your ankle! To get this look ready for fall., I styled with my favorite Oversized Blazer, Belt Bag and Cat Eye Sunglasses.
