Tunic Time
Happy Monday folks! How are we today? Feeling good after weekend? This weekend flew for me, as they all do, and I’m starting this Monday with a good case of permanent morning face! Aside from being exhausted from the weekend, I’m pretty stoked that my Mountaineers are going into this weekend against Oklahoma 3 – 0 and ranked #23. It’s a a great day to be a Mountaineer!
Now that it’s officially Fall, on paper not the temperatures, there are certain pieces in my closet that unfortunately won’t make the crossover from Summer to Fall, but some will! This Free People sweet thing printed tunic is the perfect transitional piece and I intend to wear it throughout the Fall!
Here I paired it with some classic denim shorts a la J.Crew – lets be real, Summer doesn’t want to leave and it’s going down swinging so no pants sounds great right around now. So that it didn’t look like I was styling this for summer I dusted off my taupe booties – they were the perfect compliment to the top. For a pop of color, because lets be real the look needed it, I added my all time favorite red satchel – I can’t say no to a statement piece that like! When the temperatures cool off, this tunic could be easily paired with some tights (ps, I’m so not ready for tight season), and a great pair of OTK boots to, you know, “mind the gap”.

You are such a big sports fan and I absolutely love it. You’re the most stylish, coolest lady around & I’m a big fan of it all. Now if only I could dress HALF as well as I, I would be set 😉 xx, adaatude.com
Did you get your hair cut? It looks amazing! I went lighter this weekend so it is starting to look more like yours I just realized haha! I also told him I wanted the front to be longer.. but when he originally cut it he made the front short ugh so it will be awhile for it to grow out! Love this look!
