Yay for Wednesday and being one day closer to the holiday weekend! Woooooo! Who is ready? Meeeeeeee!!!! I love so many things about the 4th holiday weekend – the nostalgia, the pride, the bbq, the fireworks…even the mosquitos. Nothing says “I’m a proud American” better than some hot dogs and cocktails served from a mason jar! Yeehaw!
In honor of the holiday weekend, I’m sharing some fourth of July fashion ideas – nothing like a little red, white and blue look to get the creative juices flowing. Click here to see my red, white and shoes post for more fourth of July fashion ideas.
Today’s look shows an easy way to incorporate red, white and blue into your work wear! I took this simple white collard tank from Forever 21 (it’s the perfect tank that can be worn with anything!) and paired it with this FAB FIND from Marshalls – a 1. State skirt that was $88.00, but purchased it for $29.99. Holy steal! The skirt is the perfect platform to build a fourth of July look around – could it get any better than that?
The accessories were easy – I layered the tank with the perfect bib from ILY Couture. Show me your red, white and bling!! PS don’t try to sneak up on someone with this necklace – they will hear you from a mile away 🙂 I love a white bag during the summer months, but I never find value in spending the money on one. Well, problem solved. This roll-top bag from Forever 21 is a summer staple – snatch it up while you can…its under $25!!! I topped the look off with these easy espadrilles from J.Crew – tt’s a great way to neutralize the look!
Have a great day everyone!
