Avec Les Filles Shearling Coat

It’s finally starting to feel like fall in Seattle! The leaves are turning and the temperatures are finally taking a dip below 60! Over the weekend we drove a little bit outside of the city to get in a good 5 mile hike! All of this outdoors stuff has me inspired to make a city guide…more to come! Today’s look is all about casual pieces that you can take on the go or dress quickly with this Avec Les Filles Shearling Coat and some red accessories!

WHY I LOVE THIS LOOK:

Avec Les Filles Shearling Coat // This was yet again another amazing Nordstrom Anniversary Sale find! It sold out maybe 500 times, but I was able to get it during the sale! Well, it’s back and full in stock AND in a few other colors. See here and here. This will be your GO-TO fall coat – the oversized fit, the shearling lining and the masculine detailing on the coat are just everything!

Free People Button Front Blouse // Free people has always been a favorite brand of mine. I love all their chic causal pieces and the boho vibes! I picked up this top from my FAVORITE Chicago boutique, Alice & Wonder. If you haven’t check the shop you, you MUST! It’s the most instagrammable shop in Chicago!

WHY I LOVE THIS LOOK CONTINUED

Levi’s Mile High Denim // Once the mom jean movement kicked in, I was sold and then never looked back! I find them to be super flattering and they are super easy to style with a sneaker or heel! BUT that all changed once I met the Levi’s Mile High Denim – it’s got all the good stuff that the mom jeans have (high waist) and a slim leg to make them look like Kendall Jenner. They are miracle workers and everyone needs a pair! I also picked these up from Alice & Wonder – you can shop them here!

Red Sock Booties // The sock bootie craze took over the world last year and like many, I bought one in every color. Well, I’m happy to report that they are back for another season – that also makes me feel better since they make-up half my boot collection! I love this version from H&M (red is sold out), but found a few similar ones here, here and here.

Cat Eye Sunglasses // You guys know how I love my black cat eye sunglasses! Well today I cheated on them with these gorgeous red ones from Urban Outfitters – oh, and the price tag ain’t so bag coming in at $18!
